Corrosion
 | IRIS or formally RF has a long history were microbial linked corrosion has been studied. Project work has included microbial corrosion control, corrosion processes in marine deposit oil tube systems, biofilm corrosion in aerob to anaerobic systems, SRB corrosion mechanisms and biocide treatment against SRB in injection systems.
The different projects have mainly involved batch cultures, flow rigs and models with different coupons or tubes.
